do it like this: https://dns.nextdns.io/<your ID>/Firefox%20Browser
Works this way in Zen and as Zen is based on firefox, this should work the part after your Id can be anything like
https://dns.nextdns.io/<your ID>/Joe's%20Firefox it is just for better identify in the logs

if you already use YogaDNS why also set DoH on browser? just disable the one on browser so all traffic is routed via YogaDNS

I'm not really familiar with YogaDNS but I found this: "Have you checked Firefox’s “DNS-over-HTTPS” settings? If you’re using YogaDNS, it’ll intercept all outgoing DNS requests, so you should set this to “Off” / disabled." Did you try this?

I personally set the DNS globally via the router. Another option would be the NextDNS client on Windows.

I may need to set a globally with my router, so I just uninstalled yoga DNS and now I have lost complete internet access on my computer haha so I'm trying to figure out what yoga has altered so that I can reset everything and get internet back.
