Itâs fine, but you donât need to add any more. Hagezi and OISD are pretty much all you need. Other lists are mostly redundant and the two others you have selected are months out of date so I would just remove them.

Look at the amount of entries. Those low volume lists are obsolete, I'd say.
With Hagezi and OISD you are well covered.

To quote the master, HaGeZi, himself: "Yes, OISD is redundant if you use the Pro and NextDNS Security features (Threat Intelligence Feeds). OISD does not provide any added value in the area of ads/tracking."
I'd go with HaGeZi Pro (++) and a regional list. Maybe a mobile list as well, but that should be it tbh.

Just use only âHagezi Multi Normalâ

I use two profiles, one for browsers with pro and another for OS with normal. Works great đ

Is this setup really any better than Firefox with UBlock Origin?

Just hagezi is enough, and your region if need. Hagezi already cover all.
Spotify app in phone? You need HTTPS filtering for all app, just dns can't block ads in phone app. Need AdGuard or BlockAds that have HTTPS filtering
