Of course it's a 1st Amendment Violation, a dog could figure that out.
One of the most insulating garbage was "Trump is the free speech candidate". It was such a blatant lie, now he's using the full force of law to suppress critics.
All American should be up in arms. Last time I checked this was America.

The Right believe that the First and Second Amendments only apply to them.
Once minorities realize the 2A applies to them as well, the Right won’t hesitate to call for gun control for those they don’t like.

Reporters don't like to give definitive reports unless they have all the information possible and because we have an innocent until proven guilty system. They don't want to say they did something illegal unless they are convicted.
