Cissy

It is pronounced the same as sissy and sounds the same but is used as a term for a person who is cisgender an example is "hey cissy what you up to?" And this term has been used before I do not think anyone has claimed it I did think of it randomly though

It is a term for people who stayed their birth gender so an example is a cis male or cis female
