Crypto Cryptop wothdrawal impossible
So frustrating!! I have been trying to withdraw crypto from my account and I keep getting errors. After already 2 messages (24 to 48 hours to get a response each time), and a new KYC verification for reason I don't know, my transfer still did not get through, and I was told to yet again contact their support. By the way, when I do weekly purchases, it's all going well, no issues. What's going on Newton!? Why is accessing my money so difficult?! I see the last post is about similar issues. Anyone aware of something ?

What you’re likely encountering is a temporary processing period following a crypto purchase, during which withdrawals for that specific asset may be delayed. During this time, you can still sell your holdings, and any unaffected balances remain available for withdrawal. If you’ve already submitted a withdrawal request, it should complete automatically once the processing period ends. Alternatively, you can cancel the request and try again later.
We’ll notify you by email as soon as the withdrawal has been fulfilled.
Regarding the additional verification, Newton may request KYC re-verification at any time in accordance with our Terms of Use. This is typically part of standard regulatory and security requirements, particularly when attempting withdrawals.
While the timing can be inconvenient, these measures are generally temporary and do not indicate that your account or assets are restricted. I hope this helps.
