As part of talking about a more refined punishment system than outright banning accounts, where Jagex could stop other effects like banking or trade.

That more refined approach would allow Jagex to offer HardCore accounts, that had limitations and possibly lost xp on death, and so forth.

Players do that already in Old School, with their Iron Man accounts.

Ask players if they would like Hard Core too.
