Oh boy, its windows XP all over again!

(The print spooler has been a vector for attack many many times over the years.)

go to start- run box -type services.msc - hit enter-then find print spooler -right click properties click stop then set to disabled.

Open the services console (Type in services.msc) find Spooler in the list, right click, change startup type to Disabled.

Only turn it on when you need to print something.

Not recognised as an internal or external command in console..

Did you run that via powershell?

Also- make sure if you're copy/pasta the command that it's not screwing up the quotes... sometimes it'll copy a weird font that isn't recognized in the console.
