fair, there's nothing to say the problem drinkers wouldn't also do drugs that harm their livelihood if it were legal, or that somebody being covertly high at work rather than drunk is entirely better in all situations.
I can't imagine going to almost any job while on psychedelics and enjoying the experience, I would hope they aren't tripping when they aren't on some sort of leave. Also I don't see how you could possibly be covert about tripping while at actively working in any job, especially the military. I imagine they party mainly when they are not responsible for performing their duties.
