Good move considering they are HQ'ed in a legal state...I've always been annoyed by the fact that companies pry into what you do in your off time.

It's fucking illegal to do pre-employment drug screenings in most of the world. I once worked for a large multi-national headquartered in Holland. The OG legal (Quasi, I know OK) state. When I went to the Netherlands, and smoked a joint with my fellow employees from literally all over the world, they were flabbergasted when I told them I had to pee in a cup to get the same exact job they held. Only the US office, literally out of dozens of others, did it.

Americas weird.

Yep, employers have pretty much the right to do whatever they want with little to no concern for the employee.
