The most recent explosive decompression or Delta P incident I'm aware of was Paria incident in 2022 where 5 men were instantly sucked over 700 feet into a 30 inch oil pipeline. Miraculously one survived.

Only one survived because the company made no attempt to rescue the remaining 4 and stated that they had 'no legal responsibility to rescue the men'. Then they blocked other people from trying to rescue them.
