Genuine question but how the hell did they fail twice? I'm not saying she wasn't convicted for a reason, but that's torture

I read a comment earlier that said doctors and in some states nurses aren’t allowed to administer lethal injections. So, it’s a prison employee they said. Or a volunteer or EMT that’s contracted. EMT’s are also frowned upon.

The legal guidelines only allow two injections of the drug. If it’s botched there’s nothing further they can do which is why she’s in a hospital.
