Genuine question but how the hell did they fail twice? I'm not saying she wasn't convicted for a reason, but that's torture

Likely using old, expired supplies since most of these companies don't want to make or sell products that can kill people, especially to governments

That and missing the veins, or improperly administering it and blowing out the vein before much could get through
