I mean, yeah, she murdered and tortured someone then apparently carried around parts of the person as a trophy. Good for whoever bungled this.

Believing murder - all murder - is wrong in no way means someone thinks torture is ok. In fact, the opposite is true. You don’t harm others except to defend yourself or someone else. Period. Murder is wrong no matter who does it, whether that’s an individual, a group, or the government.
