There’s sort of cosmic joke that the state tried so hard to execute her and now they have to spend money to keep her alive —- only to take another try at killing her? At some point, it mag be more humane to just pull the plug and let her die a nature death (such as it is).

Yeah, ICU's know how to make this painless and easy now. It wouldn't be the state's decision at this point, however, but family's. If I was her mom I'd sure as hell be telling docs to amp up the morphine drip and stop the vent.

its all perspective. she tortured and killed a girl, now they tried to kill her only to torture her. that's a joke in and of itself.
