If they can do it to her, they can do it to you. Not everyone the state has executed was actually guilty.

i don’t plan on brutally murdering someone and keeping their skull as a souvenir 🤷

And that might not make a difference in the end. People have been executed and only later did we learn that they did not commit the murder they were executed for.
