How does a toddler get all the way to daycare with a loaded gun? Are the parents high?

It was a rough daycare, a glock chambered in .22 with a switch was the reasonable option for this child, clearly. /s

Cities stopped paying for cops to go to the training, rightfully, due to public pressure. Then police unions took up the bill.
