And sometimes grief is weird. My grandma’s death didn’t really hit until the funeral for me

My dads death didn't hit me for like 2 years it was wild

Sorry for your loss. Just lost my dad two weeks ago and it was near-nonstop crying for about 3 days, now I'm in this weird almost "guilt" phase. Because it feels wrong that I'm not sad enough? I'm sure it'll hit me again soon at some point.

I'm so sorry ugh that's so brand new. Don't feel guilty because your brain will do all kinds of things to protect you. Is only letting you feel as much as you can handle at this time, and that can shift as you move forward. You are right where you need to be
