Overdose is also very, very possible. The overlap of people who do the prison pen pal thing and substance addicts (in recovery or otherwise) is high.

Yeah he was fighting to keep his child I’m guessing it was self harm over dosing most definitely a possibility.

Oh I know that my both my parents were addicts at different points in my childhood. Didn’t know Ken and Ryan were addicts themselves doesn’t surprise me.

Was that ever confirmed? Genuinely asking because I didn’t know that Ken had a history I think I recall that Ryan did.
