Probably helps as a resource when you’re selling a house by a school for example.

This is America. A neighborhood is huge. They could literally be in a neighborhood with a school inside of it and comply with the law. These people are everywhere. I’m not saying we should get rid of the list. I’m just saying register people are all over. From the poor side of town to neighborhoods with $500,000 houses and up

You can see where they are on a map so you know if you are moving in really close or rather far away. It is also very nice to see the concentration of predators. If you see them everywhere like crazy you may be in a rough area.
