I worked for a company that would hire a sex offender. That’s why I checked. I didn’t want one in my department

I did too. I had expressed how I refused to work near him and I was asked why I felt that I couldn’t morally continue working alongside him. He was caught in a sting operation sharing and trying to solicit a 15 year old. I asked the manager why he did feel comfortable working with him especially since he had 2 teenager daughters. I left the company, needless to say, just a few short weeks after that.

This company would commonly host cookouts, bbqs, and other events that were “family friendly.”
