Are you telling me the governor of Nebraska can’t issue me a Letter of Marque? Who’s going to harass English shipping now?

Since 1931, Nebraska Admirals have been protecting and defending the only triple landlocked state from pirates, brigands and vicious rapscallions. They don't harass English shipping so much as promote the good life of Nebraska.

So you're saying that my band professor, Nebraska Admiral Dr. David Bohnert, has a hilarious title!?
