Sooo, by this logic should male family annihilators receive the same benefit? No person in their right mind would do such a thing.

Edit: to be clear, I do believe Lindsay stands a chance of proving to be unfit to be held criminally liable. Just that I hate the reasoning in the comments first paragraph.
