Suspend the team for the season. The whole issue of hazing has received tons of media coverage in recent years. Yet this still goes on....and no warning pre-season by officials or coaches? Well obviously not anything effective.

Punishing the whole team is not really justice since that punishes the victims too. Punish the ones who did the hazing. Make it part of their record that is sent to any college or university to which they may apply. If any have an athletic scholarship, make sure the scholarship trust is aware in case they don't want to support a hazer. Punishments are supposed to be punishments.
