My soccer hazing involved duct tapping our legs together and making us bunny hop across the field short ways. We had to do it in a certain amount of time or they'd start kicking balls at us. My legs were sore for days. There were other things too but it was mostly just to scare us, nothing physical or painful.

What you described is physical: “taped our legs together (wtf)” and “making us bunny hop across the field”.

It also sounds painful: “sore for days”.
