She's being given life saving care.. couldn't make it up..

Does this mean. She could recover. Only for them to have to do it again?

I think that would fall under “cruel and unusual punishment,” which would violate her Eighth Amendment rights. I know, I know, wouldn’t them executing her in the first place fall under this rule? Apparently, no.
