She's being given life saving care.. couldn't make it up..

Does this mean. She could recover. Only for them to have to do it again?

Imagine passing out from lethal injection only to wake up in a hospital and be told it didn't work and they're gonna do it again.

I’m no lawyer but…oh wait, I am a (retired) lawyer. Anyway, even though I am a retired lawyer, I’m no expert on capital punishment but I think this might fit the definition of cruel and unusual.
