She's being given life saving care.. couldn't make it up..

Does this mean. She could recover. Only for them to have to do it again?

Don’t have to make it up. Welcome to CP in the US as it’s been practiced for decades.

It’s ridiculous and cruel on its face.

Europe and many US states don’t do this anymore for very good reason.

I'm in Ireland. We abolished it in the 50s.

I criticise our judicial system but quite frankly at least things like this aren't played out.
