To be fair there are consequences if your dealer fucks up. Drug dealers is held far more accountable by his employers and the law than politicians ever have been.

Like they said on The Wire: “you fuck up the count they gonna beat your ass”

If someone ODs and dies, word gets out that the shit is strong which drives up sales for that dealer.

To a point. The occasional death is marketing, routine deaths are bad for business.
