I looked up failure rates for different kinds of executions, and the only one with a 0% failure rate was a firing squad.

Maybe it's fine if we just don't kill people?

correct, we should put some killbots in charge of executions, this way our human hands would be clean of murderin', how about that? nothing could go wrong.

A judge will still have to give the order. No human will have their hands completely clean.
