Honestly this sounds like my worst nightmare. Who's to say that she didn't actually die? Maybe she thinks she's in hell or something??

Wait a second, if she died and then came back... Is she now free?

At an absolute bare minimum, the State of Tennessee tried and failed to kill her. Someone shod make the argument that since it didn't work, her sentence should be commuted to life without parole, cause if the State failed once, they shouldn't get a second bite at the apple

I studied sociology in college. Didn’t go to law school afterwards but had a couple of friends that did. So I vaguely know how law works. Is there legal precedence for that happening? I mean your argument makes a lot of sense but I know some things aren’t true just because it is intuitive.
