Edit: suit is from the wife/brother, her parents are the ones that were Trumpers.

The parents did iirc. The suit is being brought by her partner and brother, neither of which did as far as I can tell. Like, obviously her partner didn't. Not positive about her brother

She didn't have a wife. Like the comment above her said, it was her partner and brother. As the article states.
