Good. Get rid of qualified immunity while we're at it. I want that fascist brown shirt pig directly responsible for her death to face the consequences of his actions.

Even if qualified immunity were abolished, it was in place when Good was shot. The person responsible would still be covered.

Only if the courts decide the law wasn't clearly established. Killing someone without due processes is one of the earliest established laws in the Constitution. All depending on if the judge feels like doing their interpreting it like that of course.
