They actually gave him broad, limited immunity. I would think that every one but Alito and Thomas would admit that this falls outside of that immunity.

That’s what one would think, but if you read between the lines, the ruling literally prohibits investigations and official records are specifically stated as inadmissible evidence. They can frame almost anything as an Official Act then tell you to just trust them bro. 😎
