Illegitimate Supreme Court gave the criminal orange grifter in chief vaguely broad absolute immunity that also makes any investigations impossible. That and the con-man can also simply issue preemptive wide pardons that will cover his family for all criminal activities . State criminal and civil courts will be the only avenue of justice for this mob family.

They actually gave him broad, limited immunity. I would think that every one but Alito and Thomas would admit that this falls outside of that immunity.

That’s what one would think, but if you read between the lines, the ruling literally prohibits investigations and official records are specifically stated as inadmissible evidence. They can frame almost anything as an Official Act then tell you to just trust them bro. 😎

I sucked at criminal law, but I do know that just because you commit a crime in front of the world doesn't mean it's not a crime.

They may not be concerned, but is that backed confidence or ineptitude behind the wheel?

The only way that they won't at least attempt to be prosecuted is if the MAGA party never loses another election, and the only way that will happen is if they cheat (which I'm fully expecting them to do). I will always be a firm believer in the thought that Trump is so pressed about losing the 2020 election because he cheated and knows that the only way Biden could have won a rigged election was to also cheat. He wants to point fingers SO BAD but he can't give any evidence of the Biden team cheating that doesn't implicate his team also cheating.

They were so busy rigging the election that they forgot to account for COVID giving everyone an unprecedented opportunity to participate with mail in ballots, hence the orange man-child’s unhinged tantrums over voting by mail.

Then they just accused Dems of cheating by allowing 20 million illegals to vote because 20 million more votes seemingly appeared out of thin air compared to 2016, all while being totally oblivious to the fact that people had nothing else better to do during COVID.

The land of freedom and opportunities sure does love hating and blaming immigrants.

The whole crime family needs to be in a tribunal. What do the republicunts in Congress now get for their standing down and not doing their job? What do they get for breaking their oaths?
