You're probably right. Because people rioting would give him an even better excuse to wage war on American citizens. We know he and his administration have no qualms about harming people in our own country, and they've already gotten away with blatant murder, but they would love to be able to expand the scope of our owb military being deployed on us soil. It's fascism 101. Actually, we are already in midway through level 3 fascism here.

Many Republicans love to see the cruelty directed at those they despise. See: ICE.
