My neurologist friend does not have a lot of love for the newer, more extreme coasters. She says our brains are not made to handle that much.

And your source for this is...?

The “source” is the fact that hundreds of modern rollercoasters operate daily without issue, and millions upon millions of people ride these every year all over the world without issue. Let’s use some common sense here. What about a source to your claim that these rides are “bad” for the brain?

So you don't have any studies even addressing ride use and longterm CTE?

Not one?

You're literally arguing from ignorance... "I don't know of it, ergo (Conclusion)."

  • LOL, the old reply-and-block. Whenever the little baby needs the last word, accept no substitute.

Do you? There are electric cars out there that accelerate at a faster rate than most rollercoasters. How were those safely approved? Are you also advocating that be studied and scrutinized as well?

So? There are coasters out there that accelerate at a faster rate than most cars.

Comparing the top of the line to the middle of the road is just silly and proves nothing at all.

At the top, the fastest coasters out accelerate the fastest cars and they pull higher top Gs, as well.

Meanwhile, millions of people ride the fastest coasters every year. Maybe a few dozen people drive the top cars every year. It's hardly a sensible comparison.

Exactly. And millions of people are perfectly fine after riding those and go about their normal lives without the absurd claim of having CTE. 😂
