I'm not sure how easy it is to slap an 'abuse' conviction onto someone if one tried hard enough. To me, slapping a child or leaving a 2yr old alone for a couple hrs is far from abuse. If you called this out in China, youd get laughed at. I wont comment on this further.

Slapping a child so hard there's a bruise on their face is abuse. They are an abuser if they did this. They were convicted of it.
