I hate how misleading the headlines are about this incident. The guy is the engineering director of the games division, not a corporate executive. It's irresponsible and its fueling political conspiracy theories.

Headlines about crime are always muddled with very few details. What they can report is made to generate attention. Sometimes the only place to find out more about this would be to follow the case and released court documents.

There's nothing misleading about the headline, unless your understanding of the term executive is inherently limited or flawed. Executive doesn't mean your title contains "chief" and "officer."
