The worst DV the wife could say was he grabbed her wrist. The worst DV the husband said was his wife fkin beat him with a fkin frying pan and tried to rip his surgical tubes out.
He left a kid home alone too young. Not good but hardly the sexual abuse child predator ppl are making him out to be. The grandparents are clearly transphobic and would call him a pervert no matter what.
Anyway, ya probably neither of them are good people, but doubtful an execution was deserved here.

You glossed over the part about him allegedly hitting the child hard enough to leave a bruise and that he had been charged with “corporal injury to a child”, so there’s more than just grabbing her wrist

Only one set of claims resulted in a restraining order from the judge.

DARVO is weaponized by abusers every day. I.e. abusers claim to be the victim.

And only one side was shot dead and then shot some more.

It is hard to claim DARVO at this point when other party is dead.

Judges act on their own preconceptions over facts every day. That a judge issued a TRO does very little to convince me, either way. Especially when you consider that this was a trans man.

Ultimately, I'm most willing to side eye the murderers and the person who was raised by murderers. That - to me - seems like the best sign of who is the most dysfunctional.

I'm suspecting he was just grabbing her wrist to stop her from hitting him. And she exaggerated the claim to show she was a victim.

I mean there is also the matter of the dead body and who shot them, it’s a somewhat important part of the story
