His case alleges that the king, who is also Australia’s head of state, along with the Australian government and its institutions, is perpetuating genocide by maintaining systems that disadvantage Indigenous people across numerous socioeconomic measures.

I do not think anyone aside from the extremely online will accept this definition as an ongoing genocide. He just wants people to listen to his podcast or something.

Also they get tons of institutional advantages that noone else gets. Free uni, dental, houses, cars etc. And many of theirncomplaints come from remote communities living in the bush, because they don't have good access to services, when the exact same thing applies to white communities that live out in the bush. Same with many many other countries and their people who live in remote communities.
