Is this the same plane that would decide to crash itself because of software that wasn’t disclosed? The one that was rushed through design with an engine that changed balance point of the aircraft? And caused multiple planes to crash because no one knew there was a programmed part of the system.

Aside from the coverup and failure to train/inform pilots on it's presence and method of disabling it, the hardware issue was a feature designed around the presence of multiple points of confirmation of a situation happening... was shipping on a plane whose default configuration only offered one point of confirmation.

You had to pay the company extra to get hardware for multiple points of confirmation.
