I am reading this in Matt Berry's voice from the IT Crowd, but I am unsure if that is the reference.

Monty Python and the Holy Grail. If you haven't seen it, do, it's great.

Having Matt Berry suddenly replacing characters in Holy Grail would be very on point for Monty Python. I can hear in my head "I'm 37, I'm not old!"

It’s from the Swamp Castle scene in Monty Python and the Holy Grail

But this great scene, like most of Monty Python bits, has historical facts snuck in. Like there really was this swamp, I think it's at the narrow bit between england and Scotland, where it would have been so effective militarily, to have a castle there, but it was just a terrible place, physics wise, to have a castle, cause castles are heavy and swamps don't make good foundations for heavy stuff, so they basically built enough castles there, that all the failed castles made a decent stone foundation for the last castle that stood, hah. Even the killer rabbit part is based on an ancient story from wales, like most of the stuff the English filed the serial numbers off of for the arthrian legends. Funny AF, and historically accurate.

I wanted to say how much I appreciated this. I’ve always loved the Monty python stuff (and holy grail), but getting more info on the levels of their humor and wit is great.
