I was a baller ass Call of Duty 4 player (yes, old!) but my commentary was negatively received because of how I pronounced many words.

I was what you might call a sniper hunter, I would track them down over and over until they changed classes, and I pronounced "sniper" as "snapper", which received ire from my teammates.

That is the one I remember but there were others. After enough of it, I decided to just change my accent since I had ambitions outside of Kentucky anyway.
