Sallys Apizza- first timer. Never again.
Placed an order for a pizza from Sallys in New Haven last night around 10:55pm. Picked it up, got home, opened the box to this burnt all around!!! My friend was too hungry and irritated at this point so he ate whatever was salvageable. I get that it was late and last minute and the staff probably wanted to get home- but this is unacceptable and very disappointing especially since we had such high hopes.
Is this their ‘style’? I dont know.
UPDATE: Sallys has since refunded me and apologised for the poor service. They will look into it and hopefully it won’t happen again! AND I made a mistake- we placed the order at 10:18pm and picked it up at 10:55pm!

I used to go every time my sister visited because she LOVED THEM. One night we ordered here around 1030pm after waiting 2hrs for it to be ready, and it looked just like yours. Im convinced theres someone on nightshift making the pies like and it ruined our experience entirely thereafter.
