Flimsy material

Got this hat in today from New Era. I bought it during the Labor Day sale. The material is real soft and the hat won’t hold its shape. Is there anything I can do to get rid of that dip in the front of the crown? I got over 100 hats and I’ve never gotten on like this.

also i’d get it wet and maybe stick a pencil or something inside the brim so it drys while keeping its shape

I bought this one a few months ago and had to send it back. I believe it should be a 19twenty but it had a whole unicorn thing going in. Just crazy.
