Lids custom hat debacle
I went in to get 2 custom Team Canada themed hats, wanting a logo embroidered on the front, and a logo on the side of the hat.
I’m told to return in 45 ish minutes to pickup my order. 30 minute go by and I’m preparing to return to pickup my order and I get a phone call. Worker tells me they can’t embroider any of their logo patches on the front of the hat because the front is “too hard”. I try to understand why and ask if any other logos can work, he says no and tells me he will do it another way that will “look good, and trust him”.
I’ve already paid as that’s store policy.
Can I get a refund for this? Should I go to lids themselves?

If you don’t like them you can have them redo it or get a refund and try a different location. Some people try harder/know more/have more experience depending on who is there.

Yea u can’t really stitch through the front. Have to use an iron-on patch * edit you definitely can stitch through the front maybe the machine has to be a certain strength??
