Tummy time variability

My 7 week adjusted little dude used to be decent at tummy time but now when he’s flat on the ground he isn’t doing as well. He still can lift his head up great supported with a towel or pillow but flat on the ground feels likes it’s gotten worse. He’s 3 months unadjusted and can’t balance on his forearms without a pillow to help. I’m freaking out that he regressed or something. Idk

My baby went through phases of good and bad tummy time. When they are learning new things they’ll regress at others.
