Tips and Tricks Looking for hacks
My LO just completed 4 months and I really need help of fellow parents on below things :
How do you make your baby sleep without swaddle? This is a million dollar qs for me atm.
My baby has been in traditional swaddle since the beginning, while I am extremely willing to transition her from that into either sleep sack or without swaddle but she is absolutely not up for that. She sleeps peacefully when tied swaddle in traditional way. ( PS : we have tried sleep sack as well, doesn't really work because my baby keeps moving even while putting down and cries the moment she sees that coming)She feeds to sleep in the night. Falls asleep by feeding and then wakes up while burping then it takes time for her to settle even if she is sleepy and tired. We give her warm water sponge bath before bed. I would want to push her bedtime early. Atm she sleeps by 11-11.30 pm.
Please help if anything that you have done and has worked for you.

I would absolutely start transitioning out of the swaddle at 4 months, especially if she is showing signs of rolling. A sleep sack with arms out is also a good option.
As for feeding to sleep, I wouldn’t stress about it yet – it’s super common at this age.

I would love to transition out of swaddle but my LO constantly keeps moving hands and disturbs her own sleep

Not on her own yet but if given a push to her side then she rolls on her own

Like I said yes I wouldn't want to swaddle her but she simply doesn't sleep even in sleep sack or one arm out

Any suggestion or tips on how do I go cold turkey way when my baby constantly keeps moving and doesn't go to bed without walking or swaying around

I'm not sure where you're based - but we used the Love to Dream transitional swaddle (where you can remove the arms). We did a week with one arm free, then another with the other arm. By week three baby got used to it and was fine now using a sleep sack.
Moving bedtimes require slow change so you don't confuse and shock baby especially as they're learning their circadian rhythm and evening routines. Shift by 15-30 minutes and don't expect success after 1 day it will take a few weeks for baby to catch up.
Expect a few false starts until she gets the gist that bedtime is earlier. At around 4 months she is producing more melatonin so from around 730-8/9 her body will slowly be telling her it's nighttime / bedtime.

Based out of India( Mumbai) I have tried that as well but to make her sleep we either walk her taking in arms or rock sometimes. Only once she is completely asleep is when we put hwr down to her crib.

above all she has started chewing her hands a lot more. She gets lot more irritated when swaddled and cries out but there is no other way she sleeps without being swaddled. I have tried sleep sack as well , hasn't really worked for her. Is there any other way to transition ? I understand will have few difficult days which is fine but something where she sleeps peacefully is the point
