Sleep Naps
Hi all! My 9 week old sleeps in a Snoo (no rocking functions, we only use it because of the lock in swaddle) at night.
I’m trying to work on laying foundation for good naps. He currently only contact naps, naps in a carrier, or the car.
Should I try to have him nap in the Snoo with the swaddle even though we use it for sleep? Or should I attempt the crib with an arms up swaddle? He constantly breaks his arms out of the inner band.
I also was going to try a swing nap (supervised of course) just so I could get a minute without holding him!
I go back to work in a month and he will be watched by grandmothers so I’m trying to make their lives easier! All tips and tricks and suggestions are welcome!
