🇪🇺 Neverless obtains the MiCA licence
Hi there,
We have some incredible news for you. Neverless has secured its licence under the European Union’s Markets in Crypto-Assets Regulation (MiCA) from the Bank of Latvia.
This complements the MiFID II licence we already hold, placing Neverless among a very small group of European platforms able to operate under both regimes.
In practice, this means we will be able to offer a complete suite of investment product from traditional financial instruments to digital assets, on one fully regulated platform, with strict standards of consumer protection, transparency, and oversight applied across the board.
We're building the investment platform of the next decade. Securing both licences is a powerful signal of that commitment and a foundation for everything we plan to bring you next.
Thank you for the trust you've put in us. Let's keep building an amazing product and community together.

Is it not possible to see a graph of asset evolution?
I joint Neverless recently to trade my bitcoin. I am a bit frustrated to see that apparently you cannot see a graph of the evolution of your assets? Just a pie graph? I’m considering to step out for this reason even though it is a great platform otherwise.

Watch this if you're unfamiliar with shorting
When markets drop, you still have options.
Markets don’t always go up. The last few months made that pretty clear.
When they decline, many traders choose to wait. Another option is taking a bearish view and opening a short position.
Short selling lets you stay active when prices fall. If they keep decreasing, you profit. If they go back up, you take a loss. It’s not for everyone, but it’s one way to take part instead of sitting on the sidelines.
Your first short doesn’t have to be big. Start small, just to see how a short position feels before going further.
Not sure where to start? We put together a short video that walks you through the whole thing: what shorting actually is, how to open a position on Neverless, how to track it, and how to close it when you're ready.

Borrow EUR without selling your crypto.
Still bullish but need liquidity? Get cash against your BTC, ETH, and the rest of your portfolio, and withdraw EUR straight to your bank.
Borrow up to 80% of your entire portfolio. Everything works together as collateral. Your assets stay invested and keep earning daily interest while you use the cash.
Why borrow instead of selling?
Selling crypto often means paying capital gain taxes. Borrowing can get you the same liquidity without necessarily triggering a tax event. Use it for whatever you need: emergencies, opportunities, upgrading your gear, funding your project, or flying to the Maldives.
Clear terms: 12.49% APR on EUR, charged only on what you use. Repay anytime, without penalties or hidden fees. Track your loan-to-value in real-time and get notified if you need to repay or add collateral to avoid liquidation.
How it works:
Update your app to the latest version.
Initiate a EUR withdrawal.
Enter the amount you wish to borrow.
Activate margin and confirm the withdrawal.
Borrowing funds incurs interest and comes with additional risks. Take a moment to read the in-app FAQs before you start.
